Game Night - Ticket to Ride: Nordic Countries (with the Dice Expansion) I like using the dice on nights where we have a little less time. They really speed up the game, though you have to flex a house rule or two for the Nordic map. Dice rules favor quick route turnover over longer route buildup and add to the tension of route blocking. Also, for younger hands, the dice negate the need for card management which, in the traditional game, can be a challenge even for adults.
